When our friends heard we were putting a pool in the general consensus was “better you than us”. The general feeling was that the maintenance and work involved would far out Weigh the pleasure of us owning a pool. Well after four years, we have to tell you that not only is the Viking Fiberglass pool that you designed and installed still gorgeous and incredibly easy to maintain but it’s the highlight of our summer. The pool and surroundings are gorgeous. You delivered not only what was promised but so much more. I can’t begin to tell you how much value and enjoyment our family and friends have all gotten out of this endeavor. Of all the contractors and service providers that we have encountered throughout the years, your company by far has exceeded the standards. “Initially when we were going to have a pool installed, we wanted a built in pool. When we were shopping around, Royal Pools was our only choice for the installation of our pool. When Matt came out, we explained to him what our needs were. We wanted a large pool because we have 6 people in our family. I did all of my research and discovered that there were a lot of hidden fees involved in putting in a built in pool, especially because we needed to add a retaining wall, drainage, and other miscellaneous items because of issues unrelated to the pool installation. The size of the pool was most important to us, along with having a deep end. Matt suggested we install an above ground pool with a deep end. We had no idea such a pool existed. And the mere fact that we didn’t need decking and a fence helped guide our decision. Plus our taxes would not increase. Our pool is awesome. We bought an automated vacuum to clean our pool. We also have Royal open and close our pool every year to ensure that everything is done properly. The 21 by 41 pool we installed is fantastic. I don’t have to worry about my kids running around the pool and slipping. When we swim underneath the water you cannot tell that you are swimming in an above ground pool.
