I can’t begin to say how nice and helpful everyone is at the Newburgh store! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by either my first or last name with a bright smile.

Dear Royal Pools & Ms. Beth Boyle,
I’d like to take moment to rave about Royal Pools!
My family had the pleasure of owning an above ground pool for about 13 years and one winter it lost it’s water and blew down! We were so shocked! In the past we had used different companies to buy upkeep pool products (including Royal Pools) but we always found that Royal Pools seemed to be more professional and more caring than the rest.

So fast forward, we decided to buy another pool & went straight to Royal Pools! I was greeted by a young lady named Honey who guided me through the choice process and before you know it we were signing contracts!

We have an autistic son and the pool is all he really has to ‘Be Free’ so I was really hopeful that we’d be able to have the pool installed before summer passed. Honey said she would speak with the owner to inquire if anything could be done and as I write this letter the pool is installed and will be available in a couple of days for swimming!

Royal Pools service crew is second to none; they excavated the pool area and the next thing you know the pool was being installed! So very knowledgeable and efficient- you just don’t see this kind of caring & effort in many of today’s business situations.

So a 2-Thumbs up & a Hi-5 to the Royal Pools Family and a special Thank You to Ms.Beth Boyle for providing such a wonderful & longtime service to Orange County New York residents and their Families!

It has been almost six years since Royal pools installed our Radiant Pool. Looking back, it has been one the of the best decisions we ever made for our family. I consistently use Royal Pools for product and services because they always deliver. The service team is always top notch and highly responsive to any questions or concerns I may have. From the moment everyone arrived till all was completed your colleagues were incredibly professional, cordial and genuinely interested in completing a quality job. It’s not often a person feels comfortable just walking away from the work and letting everyone simply go with it.. This was the case for me. If I had questions, they were answered with patience and courtesy.

We looked at many options for above ground pools and were not at all excited about any of the styles we saw on the market until we stepped into Royal Pools & Spas.

Within 10 days my pool went from an algae pond to a crystal clear pool. I can’t say enough about Stephanie and the Royal Pools service team. They are terrific.
