This will be my twenty-first year working for Royal Pools & Spas, Inc. I think that fact alone should indicate that I really love my job. This is a family-owned business, and I am grateful for all the opportunities that I have received over the years. I started out in Purchasing and moved over to Accounts Manager and now am also the onsite Human Resources Manager. There is immense potential for growth within the company. My position is diverse and constantly evolving, which makes it so interesting. Teamwork is encouraged and especially important here, as a result, we all help one another out and work together well. That being said, it’s a great place to work!

I’ve been working for Royal Pools and Spas for over 10 years. I was initially drawn to the company for its longevity in the community and its strong reputation. It's a positive sign when a company has deep roots. It often suggests they treat their customers and employees well. Longevity speaks volumes about a company's stability and its ability to adapt and thrive.
Royal invests in its employees through learning and advancement opportunities. I have benefited from several training programs, including manufacturer workshops as well as in-house sessions. This shows they value their staff and are committed to their growth. These experiences have allowed me to become more knowledgeable and effective and directly contribute to my ability in customer service skills. This not only benefits the employee's career but also strengthens the company.
Knowing that Royal Pools and Spas has a strong reputation for quality and customer service is important to me. It makes me proud to be part of the team and reinforces my commitment to upholding those high standards. Having a strong reputation is important for job security and pride in your work. Ultimately, it is a good fit for my skills, interests, and values. I want to feel like my contributions matter and that they have a positive impact.

I really like the feeling of connectedness and the personal satisfaction of a job well done. Most of the employees have been here for many years, and as a newer member, they made me feel welcome and valued. I am excited to bring my 25 years of water chemistry knowledge to be a part of this amazing and dedicated team of professionals.

I’ve been with Royal Pools and Spas for about 14 years now and I can say every day brings something different. I started as a cashier and worked my way up to contract manager. I’ve learned so much over the years, and I’ve acquired many new skills working with Royal Pools and Spas. I appreciate how Royal Pools has allowed me to grow within the company and how I’m able to challenge myself and still continue to learn. Being a family-owned business, integrity and value are important. The owners really value their employees and are involved with the day-to-day operations of the business. I admire the attention and respect they give their employees. There’s plenty of room for individual growth, and teamwork is highly encouraged. I genuinely like helping customers, and I find a sense of satisfaction in problem solving. I enjoy my job very much. It’s never a dull day here at Royal Pools and Spas.

Royal Pools and Spas is a great place to work, especially if you plan to work and become part of the solution. This is a family-owned and operated business; when you become an employee, you truly become part of the family. It is a place where if you put in the work, you can very clearly see that work influences the business. There are advancement opportunities for those willing to learn and develop into the company. This can be a career opportunity and not just an in-between job. Business is constantly changing, and every season, there is some reinventing and reimagining of the things we do, where everyone’s input is considered keeping things fresh and adding new things to get involved with. There is always something new to learn, and keep your mind engaged. Hard, mindful work is always appreciated and rewarded. I came here with an idea to stay for a year or two, but it has been 15 seasons since then, with no regrets.
