Here is what ROYAL POOLS & SPAS, INC. will do to “WAKE UP YOUR SPA”:

• Open the front access panel to the spa.
• Reinstall any plugs that were taken out of the spa and pumps at winter closing.
• Reconnect unions from the pumps/heater that were loosened at the time of spa closing.
• Fill the spa with your outside water source.
• Power on the spa to make sure everything is running properly with no leaks.
• The spa is now ready to be cleansed, drained, refilled by the customer. Royal Pools and Spas can perform this service for an extra fee listed above.

Here is what you must do prior to the arrival of our Service Technician:

• Make sure that the electrical connections (breakers) are turned on and accessible.
• Make sure an outside water source is on and available.
• Have a Responsible Adult present the day the pool is opened. We want to make sure that the job is done to everyone’s satisfaction the first time.
• After your spa is opened, circulate your water for at least 24 hours and then bring your water sample to any of our Water Care Centers, located in each of our locations, for a Free Analysis.

• This service is exclusively for mechanical opening of your spa. It in no way is meant to be a safety check or safety audit. We are not responsible for the safety of your spa, equipment, or appurtenances. At the start of each season, you should have a licensed electrician inspect the electric to ensure that it meets code and is safe. You should also have your insurance carrier perform an annual audit to ensure that your spa area, fence, patio, landscaping, all meet or exceed code. There is no level of service that we offer that is meant to ensure the safety of your swimming pool or spa. It is the owners sole responsibility to do so. JUST BECAUSE YOUR SPA IS OPEN, DOES NOT MEAN IT IS READY FOR USE! DO NOT USE YOUR SPA IF IT IS NOT TOTALLY CLEAN AND CLEAR AND BALANCED AND SANITIZED
